Stitchtel proposes using our proprietary Web-based tool to schedule and track dispatch activity. Our scheduling platform has an easy-to-use interface that allows customers to view the status of their installations remotely. Another screen provides extensive reporting options. Stitchtel employees and its subcontractors are managed by the Stitchtel’s Field Deployment Platform which is manned 24x7. Our platform connects field technicians with scheduling dispatching and tracking information to provide an up-to-the-minute status of all your service calls. The Stitchtel platform provides quality assurance tracking, and full documentation of the activities and results from each service call.
